Background
The U.S. Army is seeking a brand name supply buy for a custom-engineered tank liner specifically designed for Paint Strip Tank PS-10. The goal of this procurement is to ensure the efficient operation of the Plating Shop at Tobyhanna Army Depot, which is responsible for stripping paint off materials processed in the plating shop. PKG Equipment is identified as the original manufacturer, possessing proprietary fabrication drawings and engineering tolerances necessary for this specialized product.

Work Details
The contract requires the procurement of one (1) brand name only custom-engineered, chemically resistant drop-in/bonded tank liner with the following specifications:
- Fabricated from 3/16" thick 304SS plate
- Dimensions: 143.625" x 50.625" x 72.375" deep (ODs)
- Rim of the liner must be 3.25"
This tank liner is essential for maintaining operational efficiency in the Plating Shop and must be delivered to Tobyhanna Army Depot within 12-14 weeks after contract award.

Period of Performance
Delivery must be completed within 12-14 weeks after contract award.

Place of Performance
Tobyhanna Army Depot, Building 1C Bay 6 Central Receiving, Tobyhanna, PA 18466.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a proposal that includes evidence of being an authorized distributor or manufacturer of the specified tank liner. The U.S. Government does not own the technical data package (TDP) or manufacturing-level drawings required to compete for this fabrication.
