The purpose of this amendment is to remove the requirement for an authorized distributor letter or documentation from the OEM to be
submitted w ith quotes, prioritize lead time as an evaluation factor over cost, and to extend the closing date and time to submit quotes to March 24, 2025 at 11:59PM PST. Vendors who have already submitted quotes must either submit a new quote by the closing date and time or indicate via email to roger.s.bowers.civ@us.navy.mil by the closing date and time that their quote remains unchanged. Background
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is issuing this solicitation in support of the Military Sealift Command. The goal of this contract is to procure BRAND NAME OR EQUAL OEM KACE BALL VALVES, ensuring that the requirements are met by small businesses as this is a 100% total small business set-aside.
