Work Details
Under this contract, the Contractor shall provide a secure, cloud-hosted, FedRAMP authorized MSR capability, Nuance DMO or equivalent, that is accessible to all IHS clinicians who prefer to utilize dictation in the course of medical documentation. A subset of users will be non-clinical individuals (e.g., administrative and management) who have a need or preference to carry out responsibilities using speech recognition, without the agency needing to acquire and authorize separate products. The Contractor shall describe its approach to meet various business and clinical requirements such as providing enterprise-wide medical speech recognition software, ability to migrate users’ custom words and commands from previous versions of Nuance Dragon Medical products, comprehensive medical dictionary embedded in MSR solution for clinical documentation including medical specialities, achieving 99% accuracy with no voice profile training required.
