Brand Name OEM Johnson Controls Security Solutions LLC Annual Intrusion Monitoring & Full Maintenance Services

Background
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is issuing a solicitation for a 100% small business set-aside requirement for the procurement of brand name OEM Johnson Controls Security Solutions LLC Annual Intrusion Monitoring and Full Maintenance Services.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective monitoring and maintenance of security systems installed by Johnson Controls Security Solutions LLC at the US Navy-OCHR Silverdale Operations Center.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Annual Intrusion Monitoring and Full Maintenance Service, including parts replacement as needed, for the Video Surveillance System.
Specific tasks include:
1) Monitoring and maintaining the Intrusion DMP XR System/Card Access System, which includes components such as CCURE Site Server, control panels, power supply, alarm communicators, and various intrusion field devices (glass breaks, door contacts, sirens, motion detectors, strobes, hold-up buttons).
2) Maintaining the Genetec Video Surveillance System comprising a network video recorder, IP licenses, indoor/vandal rated dome cameras, outdoor multi-sensor cameras, outdoor vandal rated bullet cameras, and necessary cabling.
3) Conducting annual system tests and inspections that include checking wiring and connections.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 30, 2025 to September 29, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the US Navy-OCHR Silverdale Operations Center located at 3230 NW Randall Way, Silverdale WA 98383.
