Brand Name Monaco Fire Panel and Install   13

Background
The 92 Civil Engineering Squadron (92 CES) Fairchild AFB Fire Department has a Brand Name requirement for the one Monaco Enterprises, Inc. MAAP-X Addressable Fire Panel (P/N. 227-955-00) with associated accessories to include: (24) addressable devices and batteries for backup power in accordance with manufacturers recommendations, (13) Addressable Smoke Detectors w/base, (7) addressable heat detectors w/base, (1) duct detector, housing, sample tube, smoke head and remote test station, (1) addressable relay module, (3) conventional pull stations, (3) mini-input modules (for pull stations), (2) addressable CO detectors w/ sounder base to be used at Fairchild AFB.

Work Details
Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and materials to replace an existing Notifier 500 alarm panel. Contractor shall purchase and install a new BRAND NAME Monaco addressable Fire Alarm Panel w/ built in BTX to include approximately 24 addressable devices and batteries for backup power manufacturers recommendations. Device quantities provided are approximate: 13 Addressable Smoke Detectors w/base, 7 addressable heat detectors w/base, 1 duct detector, housing, sample tube, smoke head and remote test station ,1 addressable relay module, 3 conventional pull stations, 3 mini-input modules (for pull stations), 2 addressable CO detectors w/sounder base. Connection and proper function/reporting to the installation D-21 system and respond with existing BT-X transmitter and all final electrical connections.
