This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.201-1, Simplified procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Background
The U.S. Department of Transportation, specifically the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands Highway Division, is seeking to acquire Leica iCON GNSS Equipment Packages and peripheral services. This acquisition aims to support the operations of the FHWA by replacing aged and obsolete units, thereby enhancing construction inspection and quality assurance capabilities. The FHWA primarily manages road construction projects on Federal Lands across several states including Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following under the contract:

- 1 Dual Strut support for telescopic pole

- **Tablet Field Controller:**
- 1 EA CC180-1 (Rugged 8”, Windows 10)
- iCON build Core
- iCON “Roading” app
- 1 EA Li-Ion battery
- **Accessories:**
- 1 EA Pole Holder for CC180 Tablet
- 1 EA Display screen protector
- 1 EA GNSS Base+Rover hardshell container

2. **Exchange/Sale Value (CLIN 00201)**
- Credit offered for:
- 3 EA Leica TS1201+ total stations
- 4 EA Leica TS12 total stations
- 8 EA Leica CS15 data collectors

3. **Leica HxGN SmartNet PPP Services (CLIN 00301)**
- GNSS satellite subscription services for each iCON GPS Equipment Package with a one-year performance period estimated from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

The estimated performance period for the satellite subscription services is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
