Bradley Post-Production Enhancement Retrofit Installation- Sole Source to BAE   3

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a sole source contract to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P. for the retrofit installation of post-production enhancements for the Product Manager Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems (PdM BFVS).
This contract aims to support the Project Manager (PM) Mounted Armored Vehicle (MAV) and is structured as a 3-year Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) type contract.
BAE Systems, a large business located in Temple, Texas, has been selected due to their expertise and capability in providing these specialized services.

Work Details
The contract includes the following proposed Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs):
- CLIN 0001 - HARDWARE: Specific hardware requirements will be detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) for each year.
- CLIN 0002 - INSTALLATION: Installation services will also be specified in the SOW for each year.
- CLIN 0003 - DEPROCESSING: This includes deprocessing services for Year 1 only, with no requirements for Years 2 and 3.
The contractor is expected to provide personnel and equipment to support retrofit installations at BAE’s facility in Temple, Texas.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the vehicle deprocessing team, ensuring efficiencies to meet fielding schedules, kit storage and distribution, vehicle transportation, hardware procurement and rework, installation of stowage kits, and software updates as directed by PdM Bradley.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to span three years starting from April 16, 2025.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at BAE Systems' facility located at 3831 Lucius McCelvey Drive, Temple, TX 76504.
