Description

The Government intends to a award a sole-source contract to Presagis USA, Inc. for Bradley M2A3 SeaWind X11 Server and Client Source Code Graphics Software.

.FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This purchase will be awarded as a lowest price technically acceptable contract without discussions.
