The purpose of this amendment is:1) to provide Technical Questions & Answers under Attachment 08 w ith associated changes to the Solicitation and Attachments; 2) to provide updated Pricing Matrix (Attachment 04). Proposal due date and time is NOT extended.

The purpose of this amendment is:1) to provide Technical Questions & Answers under Attachment 07 w ith associated changes to the Solicitation and Attachments; 2) to provide update the PWS (Attachment 05), Pricing Matrix (Attachment 04); 3) Proposal due date and time is extended from 4 October 2021, 03:00 PM CDT, to 6 October 2021,3:00 PM CDT.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide professional services in program management, technical and policy advice, recommendations, and support with proven experience and expertise in Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) actions. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials , supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform BRAC support services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services. The BRAC program entails the integration of many disparate program functions to support an aggressive mission and schedule for BRAC closed installations, and Non-BRAC Excess Property sites. The Contractor shall integrate and analyze the various functions associated with cost, scope, and scheduling which include real property disposition, and environmental remediation activities. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.
