Background
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for YSI EXO and YSI Pro-Digital equipment, replacement parts, and repair services. This initiative supports ongoing water quality monitoring activities throughout the California-Great Basin Region. Work Details

1. Replacement parts only
2. Repair services only
3. A combination of both parts and repair services.

Repair services will depend on equipment condition and diagnostic evaluation. The maximum value of this BPA is $140,000 per year, not to exceed $700,000 over five years.

Period of Performance
The BPA is intended for a period not exceeding five years.

- Klamath Basin Area Office, Klamath Falls, OR
- Central California Area Office, Folsom, CA

- Lake Berryessa Field Office, Napa, CA
- South Central California Area Office, Fresno, CA

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate that they can provide YSI EXO- and ProDSS-compatible water quality sondes and related services. They must be either the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), an authorized distributor or repair provider. Supporting documentation must include manufacturer authorizations or certifications to verify capability.
