The purpose of Amendment 1 to RFQ 70CMSW25Q00000006 is the following:

1. Attach and incorporate the revised combined synopsis solicitation dated 4/16/2025;
2. Attach and incorporate the revised Attachment 1- Master Parts List dated 4/16/2025.
3. Attached is the signed SF30 for Amendment 1.

The amended documents uploaded for Amendment 1 hereby replace all previous document versions (solicitation and Attachment 1).

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is the largest federal law enforcement agency. ICE’s mission includes preventing terrorism and enhancing domestic security, managing borders, administering immigration and customs laws, and securing cyberspace. This contract aims to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for supplying mission-critical law enforcement equipment to ICE's Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs (OFTP) for ongoing training and academy classes.

Work Details
The BPA will provide various mission-critical Law Enforcement (LE) equipment to support OFTP's mission. The required equipment/parts are detailed in 'Attachment 1 - Master Parts List', which includes a total of 381 items that may be procured during the 5-year Ordering Period. Offerors can propose items listed in Attachment 1 or alternative products by providing descriptions, part numbers, manufacturers, unit prices, and total prices.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance for each BPA awarded will be five years from the date of award.
