BPA set up - Printing Services and Miscellaneous Material Production

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Belgium intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Printing Services and Miscellaneous Material Production. This BPA is designed to facilitate the procurement of printing services that support the Embassy's official operations, ensuring timely and reliable service without a financial commitment at the outset.

The goal is to provide high-quality printing solutions that meet the operational requirements of the U.S. Embassy Brussels.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of printing services including but not limited to: brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, booklets, event invitations, event programs, certificates, table tents and name cards, stickers and labels, roll-up banners, vinyl banners, large-format printing, mounted board (Forex), PVC materials, event signage, window graphics, and custom printed materials as requested by the Embassy.

All materials must meet specified quality standards including high-quality paper and finishing options such as lamination and binding. The contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, supervision, and other resources necessary for complete printing services.

Period of Performance
This BPA has a validity period of two years from August 1st, 2026 until July 31st, 2028.

Companies must be registered if their business with the U.S. Government exceeds $40,000. An NCAGE code is required for registration. Interested parties must provide indicative pricing information and are encouraged to download the attached package for submission.
