This acquisition is specifically set aside for small business concerns, aiming to support the agency's mission of conserving natural resources and enhancing agricultural productivity.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Title and Closing Services related to USDA-NRCS easement programs in Wisconsin. The services include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring that all costs are included in the total price for the requirement;
- Preparing necessary documentation for title searches, closing documents, and related services;
- Conducting thorough reviews of property titles;
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
