Description

1. DESCRIPTION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

2. REQUIREMENT

The New Mexico Army National Guard requires prepared (boxed) meal services to support Annual Training and other scheduled training events at various locations throughout New Mexico. The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one or more qualified vendors to fulfill this recurring requirement.

Anticipated Services Include:

  • Meal preparation and delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Meal delivery to training sites throughout New Mexico (locations will be specified in individual BPA call orders).
  • Meals shall meet Government nutritional standards and any special dietary requirements (details provided in Performance Work Statement - PWS).

Background
The New Mexico Army National Guard (NMARNG) is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for prepared meal services to support Annual Training and other scheduled training events at various locations throughout New Mexico. The goal of this contract is to ensure that service members receive nutritious meals that meet government standards during their training.

Work Details
The contractor will provide meal preparation and delivery services, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals must meet government nutritional standards and accommodate special dietary requirements as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated services include:
