BPA for Commercial Bus for Unscheduled Requirements for Exercises and Operations from Area IV throughout USFK (OMA Funding)   2

Background
This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is issued for the provision of commercial bus services for unscheduled requirements related to exercises and operations from Area IV throughout the United States Forces Korea (USFK). The BPA aims to support various branches of the military, including the Army, U.S. Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supervision, labor, tools, facilities, materials, and transportation to fulfill these requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide continuous on-call commercial bus services for unscheduled requirements originating from Area IV. Specific tasks include:

1. Providing transportation services for military exercises and operations as directed.
2. Ensuring that all services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
3. Submitting a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 15 calendar days after award of BPA, detailing inspection systems and procedures.
4. Conducting work from Monday through Sunday, including U.S. Federal holidays and training holidays.
5. Prices per call will be established in Attachment 'A', and written approval must be obtained before any services are performed.

Period of Performance
The effective period of the BPA is five years, starting from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed throughout USFK with the origin point being Area IV, including remote sites and boundaries of Area IV.
