BOSC for Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach

Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is issuing a solicitation for a Base Operations Support Contract (BOSC) at the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, California, including detachments in Norco and Fallbrook. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform the following tasks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS):

- Facility Investment (Sub-annex 1502000)
- Custodial Services (Sub-annex 1503010)
- Pest Control (Sub-annex 1503020)
- Waste Management (Sub-annex 1503030)
- Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping (Sub-annex 1503050)
- Pavement Clearance (Sub-annex 1503060)

- Utilities Management (Annex 1600000)
- Electrical Services (Sub-annex 1602000)

- Environmental Services (Annex 1800000) and other related services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period from FY 2025 through FY 2030, with specific tasks scheduled according to the needs of the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach and its detachments.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, California, with additional work at detachments located in Norco and Fallbrook, California.
