Description

This sources sought is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service to identify potential ISBEE sources capable of providing booth space at the ASHP Clinical Midyear Meeting in New Orleans, LA. The contractor shall provide all services, personnel, and supplies necessary to execute the performance requirements detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting market research to identify potential Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) capable of providing booth space at the ASHP Clinical Midyear Meeting in New Orleans, LA.

The goal of this contract is to support the recruitment of highly qualified pharmacists into the IHS Pharmacy Residency Program, which addresses a critical vacancy rate of 35% for federal pharmacist positions as of October 2024. This event will facilitate interaction between residency program directors and prospective applicants, enhancing visibility and recruitment efforts.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide booth rental services for the ASHP Clinical Midyear Meeting from December 8 through December 12, 2024. Specific requirements include:
1. Five residency showcase booths of at least 10x10 feet each.
2. One exhibit hall booth with at least 10x10 feet.
3. Onsite assistance for troubleshooting technical problems during the event.
4. Options to obtain carpet and a table for recruitment materials.
5. Option to provide a contact tracking device for use at the event.

The IHS will supply staff to manage the booths and provide recruitment materials specific to the agency.
