PGC: 04039: Base Year & all Four Option Years: Minimum: 55,650 PR; Maximum: 278,250; AEQ: 222,600.

PGC: 04091: Base Year & all Four Option Years: Minimum: 390 PR; Maximum: 1,944; AEQ: 1,554.

Destination/Depots: VSTQ for PGC: 04039 & for PGC: 04091: RSEY, RSG9, RSR8, and RSR7.

Items to be manufactured in accordance with MIL-STD-32237 REV B, DATED 11 JULY 2011. Production lead time is 90 days after date of award. Procurement will be issued on an Unrestricted basis and will be evaluated under Best Value Procedures with the following factors: Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Past Performance Confidence Assessment & Socioeconomic. One award will be made for the total quantities listed above.
