The following items are to be procured:
- 16 EA of Bonnet Assembly (Part No. 6464620): ANSI 6" with Zacosin 2000Q Coating, including 2 x Sealing Plugs (DIN 910 - G 3/4" V) and 2 x KL-1023 3/4" Anodes.
- 32 EA of HNBR O-ring (Part No. 6484822), KL-1540 for Coolertype K#35-##H-###.

The justification for using other than full and open competition is based on the fact that RENK Systems Corporation is the only U.S.-based OEM-authorized provider of HS-Cooler spare parts, ensuring adherence to OEM specifications and proper maintenance.
