Background
The contract is issued for the procurement of erosion control supplies as part of the government's efforts to manage environmental impacts.

The agency aims to ensure that the selected vendor can provide high-quality materials that meet specific requirements outlined in the Purchase Description. The goal is to secure a reliable source of these supplies to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a total price for all erosion control supplies as specified in the attached Purchase Description. The supplies must adhere to the specifications detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW), which includes:
- Pricing for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) to match unit of issue and quantity on the CLIN schedule.
- A technical proposal addressing specifications of proposed supplies, warranty, extended maintenance, delivery, and installation terms.
- Past performance documentation not exceeding 2 pages, including current point of contact information, relevance to the subject Performance Work Statement (PWS), and recency of work completed within the last 3 years.
- Joint venture submissions must include representations required for small businesses and other designated categories such as service-disabled veteran-owned small business, women-owned small business, etc.

Period of Performance
Delivery shall be no later than 24 June 2024.
