Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 374th Airlift Wing, has issued a solicitation for Boiler & Unfired Pressure Vessel Inspection Service at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The purpose of the contract is to provide all necessary services, reports, supplies, and equipment to perform inspections on boilers and unfired pressure vessels at Yokota Air Base.

Work Details
The contractor is required to inspect boilers internally and externally between 1 April to 30 September each year according to different types of inspections (Type BA, Type BB, and Type BC). Additionally, the contractor will inspect unfired pressure vessels according to Type VA between 1 April to 30 September each year. The inspection will also involve confined space classification based on atmospheric conditions.
