Background
The United States Embassy in Riga, Latvia, is seeking professional services for the removal and installation of two boilers at their facility located at Samnera Velsa iela 1. This project aims to enhance the energy efficiency of the embassy's heating system while maintaining compliance with U.S. Department of State sustainability standards.

The embassy incorporates energy-efficient systems and environmentally responsible materials, reflecting both American and Latvian cultural motifs.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary managerial, administrative, and skilled labor personnel, along with transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies to complete the boiler replacement project. The scope of work includes:
- Supply, deliver, and install two hot-water, floor-standing steel boilers with a reverse-flame combustion chamber.
- Each boiler must have a nominal thermal output of 630 kW and a thermal efficiency guaranteed to be ≥ 92% at nominal conditions.
- The design must accommodate dual-fuel capability (natural gas and light oil) with low-NOx burner performance.
- Mandatory supplied items include a complete boiler package with heat exchanger, insulation, casing, factory testing, electronic cam burner sequencing controller, combustion controller with Modbus communications interface, automatic O₂ trim system, gas train assembly including safety interlocks, wiring for BMS integration via Modbus, and detailed mechanical room re-design drawings to match new installations.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 7 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete the work within 60 calendar days.

The construction projects will be performed at the U.S. Embassy located at Samnera Velsa Street 1, Riga, LV 1510, Latvia.
