To be considered for award, the vendor must be classified as a small business under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611512, Flight Training, with a size standard of $30.0M.

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking Initial & Recurrent Pilot Qualification Training for the Boeing 747-400 & Boeing 777. This acquisition is set-aside exclusively for competitive award among Small Business concerns.

Work Details
The contractor must provide commercial training services for the FAA as per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The training includes ground school hours, flight training device hours, and flight simulator training hours for both Boeing 747-400 and Boeing 777 Initial and Recurrent Pilot Qualification Training.
