The US Consulate General Jeddah, Saudi Arabia has a requirement for the acquisition of PM SERVICE OF WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS at at its Compound in Mohammadia District in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance services for the following systems which shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated.

The water treatment systems to be maintained are as follows:

• HVAC Water Treatment System
• Domestic (Potable) Water Treatment System
• Sanitary Sewer Collection System
• Wastewater Treatment Plant

The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation is not ready yet and will be issued via SAM.com. Please see the RFQ for the actual date.The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
