BlueBin's Kanban inventory system

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), National Capital Region (NCR), Falls Church, VA on behalf of the Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, contract to BlueBin Inc., 8028 Crest Drive NE Seattle, Washington 98115.

The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 (a)(2), only one responsible source.

The contract is intended to fully implement the Kanban Clinical Area Supply Chain Optimization Services and Supply chain efficiency through implementation of the BlueBin advanced analytics software at Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center. BlueBin Inc. is the only authorized reseller of BlueQ Analytics software used in this implementation.

The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541614 - Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS and no solicitation exists for this requirement. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the government's discretion. Information received will usually be exclusively considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

No Request for Quote (RFQ) will be available for competitive quotes. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider responses to this notice within five days of this posting. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement N.L.T.
