BLS National Longitudinal Survey Support Services   2

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) of the U.S. Department of Labor issuing this full and open request for proposal (RFP) to award a firm-fixed-price contract in accordance with FAR 15, and will utilize trade-off source selection procedures. BLS National Office has a requirement to provide data collection and dissemination services for the NLS Program in order to allow BLS to conduct work on Round 29 of the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth 1979 (NLSY79) and Rounds 19 and 20 of the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth 1997 (NLSY97). While the NLS program office at BLS will provide the overall direction and management of these surveys, this procurement seeks to obtain services to accomplish day-to-day survey management, planning, design, data collection, and dissemination of the NLSY79 and NLSY97.

The NAICS code for this contract action is 541720 - Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities, and the small business size standard is $20.5M. The expected period of performance will be September 1, 2019 through December 31, 2023.
