The Contractor shall provide whole blood collection bags and consumables at The Armed Services Blood Bank Center-Pacific Northwest (ASBBC-PNW), Madigan Army Medical Center, JBLM, WA. The Contractor shall provide whole blood collection bags and consumables in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession and applicable professional specialty organizations, The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Association for the Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies (AABB), The Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA), applicable Department of Defense (DoD) and Army specific regulations, directives, and policies, and military treatment facility (MTF) specific policies, and procedures.

The Armed Services Blood Bank Center-Pacific Northwest (ASBBC-PNW) at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA, is seeking a contractor to provide whole blood collection bags and consumables. This contract aims to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations set forth by various professional organizations and government entities, including the FDA and AABB.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply the following items:

1. Whole Blood Leukoreduction Collection Bags: 18,000 bags of CPDA-1 500mL that meet or exceed all salient characteristics listed in attachment 1.

2. Whole Blood Leukoreduction Adapters: 25,500 adapters for the collection of test specimens from sample diversion pouches that meet or exceed all salient characteristics listed in attachment 1.

Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

Period of Performance
The ordering period is estimated to be 60 months from the date of award, with deliveries scheduled from March 2, 2026, to February 27, 2031.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington.
