The United States Air Force requires local guard services for 86-88 Blenheim Crescent (BC), West Ruislip, Middlesex, London HA4 7HB. Blenheim Crescent is a British MoD facility consisting of four buildings provided to various agencies of the United States government and an element of the Canadian military. The major tenants are international offices of the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Army research enterprises whose general missions are to find and fund international science and scientists to support the U.S. Department of Defense's technological objectives. Those particular offices are referred to as Edison House at Blenheim Crescent. The contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Guard and Alarm Monitoring Services as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
