Description

*This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act.

The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 760 Lab 133 Power Upgrade. The work shall include the following requirements listed in the specific requirements.

  1. Construction B760 Room 133
    1. Contractor must provide and install four (4) 20A/110V receptacles with wiring & conduit. Connect to existing electrical room panel.
    2. Contractor must provide and install six (6) 30A/208V receptacles with wiring & conduit. Connect to existing electrical room panel.
    3. Contractor must provide and install two (2) 50A/480V receptacles with wiring & conduit. Connect to existing electrical room panel.
    4. Contractor must remove and salvage existing wall panels & dust control curtain.
    5. Contractor must extend dust control curtain along wall perimeter using salvaged curtain. Provide & install new dust control curtain, metal frame & posts to match existing.
    6. Contractor must install salvaged wall panels. Provide & install new dust control curtain, metal frame & posts to match existing.
    7. Contractor must provide and install new ceiling grid & tiles to match existing.
    8. Contractor must provide and install two (2) exhaust fans with 12 ventilation ducts into hangar @ 8' 8 A.F.F. Provide & install thermostat to operate fans when room temperature reaches 80 F.
    9. Contactor must provide and install two (2) passive ventilation supply ducts into hangar @ 1'0 A.F.F.
  2. Construction B37100 P2 & G2
    1. Contractor must relocate urinal to provide 18 between urinals.
    2. Contractor must provide & install two (2) new urinal partition panels to match existing stall doors.
    3. Contractor must provide & install new waste line and connect to existing fixtures.
    4. Contractor must remove existing floor drain and p-trap. Provide & install new floor drain & p-trap.
    5. Contractor must provide & install one (1) new 208V/200A electrical panel.
    6. Contractor must provide & install one (1) new 480V/600A electrical panel.
    7. Contractor must provide & install one (1) new 480/208V transformer.
