Description

This action was awarde as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act.

The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 415 Replace Carpet 2nd Floord

  1. 2nd Floor
    1. Contractor shall move furniture to remove and replace the carpet.
    2. Contractor shall remove existing carpet and cove base.
    3. Contractor shall place new carpet tiles in identified rooms.
    4. Contractor shall install new 4 cove base.
    5. Contractor shall paint all walls in offices and hallways and stair wells.
    6. Contractor shall patch all walls prior to painting.
    7. User to remove all IT and art from the rooms prior to the start of construction.
