DEVCOM SC Building 36 BEP Renovations

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to
complete the renovation of Packaging Laboratory, Rm E149 & Provide demolition
and renovation work as directed in the Contract Documents to create a space for
the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (to include work in room E166), Work is to
include, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of selected items, new
architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Security and Fire Protection items.

Background
The solicitation is for the renovation of Packaging Laboratory, Rm E149 and the creation of a space for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Building 36. The work includes demolition and renovation work as directed in the Contract Documents, removal and disposal of selected items, and installation of new architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Security, and Fire Protection items.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the renovation and demolition work as directed in the Contract Documents. The renovation work includes creating a space for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, removal and disposal of selected items, and installation of new architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Security, and Fire Protection items. The work is to be accomplished in accordance with the Statement of Work, Drawings, and other Specifications outlined within the document.

Period of Performance
The performance period for the contract is within 150 calendar days after receiving the award notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The performance location is at DEVCOM SC Building 36.
