Bldg 2070 Repair Roof Drain Lines

Background
The 175th Wing, Maryland Air National Guard (MDANG) is seeking to repair and install new drain lines to the existing roof of the Fuel Cell hanger building 2070. This project aims to ensure compliance with State and Federal OSHA regulations and USACE EM 385-1-1 standards, thereby enhancing the operational integrity of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for repairing and installing new drain lines on the roof of Building 2070. All work must comply with State and Federal OSHA and USACE EM 385-1-1 standards. The full scope, requirements, submittals, and deliverables are detailed in Attachment 1, the Statement of Work for Project PJMS262006.

Key tasks include maintaining continuous perimeter security throughout construction, adhering to installation access and security policies including Antiterrorism Level I training for personnel, implementing Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control measures, and providing at least a 20-year manufacturer warranty along with a separate 10-year installer warranty for all permanent components.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is expected to begin upon award and may extend into 2027, with a completion timeframe within 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in similar projects within the last six years. They are required to submit a Past Performance Questionnaire detailing recent projects similar in size, scope, cost, and complexity. Additionally, bidders must comply with all stated security requirements including Antiterrorism Level I training for personnel.
