Background
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) requires Bldg. 2 - Chiller Plant Construction and Associated Projects. The purpose of this Amendment is to provide a comprehensive list of answers to all post-site visit questions, provide a revised Attachment J-14 HHS Subcontracting Plan Template, and extend the proposal due date.

Work Details
The work includes coordinating delivery schedules, unloading and storing government-purchased chillers, cooling towers, and generators, removal of foundations and pipe stands, construction of new Bldg. 2, installation of chillers, cooling towers, generators, chilled water lines, pumps, demolition and installation of campus chilled water lines, replacement of MCC breaker in Bldg. 53A, demolition of Bldg. 13, replacement of chillers and cooling tower in Bldg. 2 and other associated tasks.
