Description

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act.

The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 410 Paint and Carpet Replacement.

  1. Demolition
    1. Contractor shall move furniture as needed to do all work indicated in the SOW.
    2. Contractor shall remove existing carpet in its entirety for all indicated spaces on the attached floor plan. Approximately 4,000 Sq. Ft, but the contractor will need to verify.
    3. Flooring work will be limited to main hallway, hall in room 114.
    4. Painting will only take place in Building 410 main hallway. The contractor shall remove the wall paper and skim the walls for painting.
    5. Contractor shall remove the existing chair rail.
    6. Contractor shall remove the damaged ceiling tile and replace with new.
  2. Construction
    1. Contractor shall provide an install carpet tiles for all indicated spaces on the attached floor plan.
    2. Contractor shall paint all walls indicated I spaces, including offices and hallways.
    3. Contractor shall replace the tile on the south end of the building.
    4. Abatement will be required when removing existing tile.
    5. Contractor shall remove the existing 1.5 feet tiles and replace with VCT as in the secure space to match.
    6. Contractor shall replace the carpet tiles with VCT on the raised suspended flooring.
    7. Contractor shall paint all doors and frames.
