PROJECT TITLE: BUILDING 189, CORROSION CONTROL FACILITY REPAIRS

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: WORK INCLUDES MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR ON VARIOUS SYSTEMS, SUCH AS THE REPLACEMENT OF MECHANICAL SYSTEMS IN PAINTING BAYS, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF ROOFING SYSTEMS, THE REPAIR OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS TO PRECEEDING MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, PAINTING OF FLOOR SYMBOLS AND MARKINGS, AND REPLACEMENT OF AIR PIPING SYSTEMS IN BAY AREAS.

THIS PROCUREMENT WAS AN 8(a) SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT UNDER THE DoD AND SBA PARTNERING AGREEMENT TO FLOORCO/DRACE JOINT VENTURE OF 615 PASS RD STE D GULFPORT, MS, 39501-6442 ,
UNITED STATES. PERSUANT TO THAT AGREEMENT AND AUTHROIZED BY STATUTE (FAR 6.302-(a)(2)(i)), THIS AWARD WAS NOT MADE COMPETITIVELY.
