Blast Booth & Paint Equipment Cleaning   4

Background
This contract is issued by the Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) located in Chambersburg, PA. The mission of this contract is to provide safe cleaning and removal of hazardous materials, specifically heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, and chromium, along with dirt and debris from the roofs and exterior sides of paint and blast booths as well as blasting equipment.
The goal is to ensure a clean and safe operational environment at the depot.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, parts, tools, services, and equipment necessary for the cleaning of blast equipment in multiple buildings at the depot.
The specific tasks include:
1. Cleaning of BLDG 37 paint/blast equipment.
2. Cleaning of BLDG 57 paint/blast equipment.
3. Cleaning of BLDG 320 paint/blast equipment.
4. Cleaning of BLDG 350 paint/blast equipment.
5. Cleaning of BLDG 370 paint/blast equipment.
6. Cleaning of MTA paint/blast equipment.
Each task must comply with the requirements outlined in Attachment 1 and paragraph 5.0 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work must be performed at the destination specified in the contract.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance for this contract includes one base year of 12 months with three additional option years, each also lasting 12 months.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Letterkenny Army Depot located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
