Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources, 100% small-business set-aside. This solicitation number W81K0426QA024 is a request for quote (RFQ). Please refer to the attached.

Background
The Health Readiness Contracting Office – East, located at Andrew Rader Health Clinic in Fort Myer, VA, is issuing this solicitation for a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure contact lenses. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of necessary supplies for health readiness, supporting the mission of providing quality healthcare services.

Work Details
The BPA will cover all labor, materials, services, equipment, and transportation required to supply contact lenses as specified in the BPA Agreement Statement of Need. The solicitation includes the following ordering periods:

- Base Ordering from 20-March-2026 through 30-September-2026;
- Ordering Period 1 from 01-October-2026 through 30-September-2027;
