Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPÄ) for thirteen (13) Epilog Fusion Pro 36-80

Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), Code 618 requires a 2-Year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for thirteen (13) Epilog Fusion Pro 36-80 watt C02 laser engraving and cutting systems manufactured by Epilog Corporation. These laser engraving and cutting systems are in support of ongoing U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) programs that provide fleet operation readiness and operational availability, specifically in the Expeditionary Fabrication (XFAB) Program.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the laser systems over the course of the 5-year contract period as listed and in quantities indicated in the Table 1, Laser Engraving and Cutting System Item Requirements. The contractor shall provide the items and quantities identified in the Minimum Quantity columns of the table in the first order of the contract.
The contractor shall provide additional laser systems up to a maximum number of 10 new systems over the course of the contract period. The required laser engraving and cutting systems shall utilize CO2 laser tubes with an enclosed minimum work volumes of 2.5 x 1.5 x 1 feet. The systems shall utilize metal laser tubes. The systems shall be capable of engraving and cutting parts at least 3 feet long, 2 feet wide and 0.5 feet high.

Period of Performance
5 year BPA - Period of Performance (POP) 9/14/2022 - 9/13/2027.

Place of Performance
The contractor shall deliver the systems to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division, located at NSWC Crane, 300 Hwy 361, Crane, IN 47522, within 50 days of contract award.
