Blair Lake Winter Trail Dozer Rental

Background
The solicitation is issued for the rental of a Crawler Dozer for the Blair Lake Winter Trail project. The agency aims to ensure that the necessary heavy equipment is available for operations in support of their mission.

The contract's goal is to provide a reliable and efficient Crawler Dozer that meets specific operational requirements and standards.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supervision, materials, parts, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to deliver and maintain one (1) Crawler Dozer or equivalent. The Dozer will be leased for a 60-day period based on an approximate 70-hour week for a total of 400 hours. It must include all necessary operating components and accessories customarily furnished to the public.

The specifications include:
- A heated enclosed cab
- Six (6) way blade
- Differential steering track
- Net Flywheel power of 170 hp minimum
- Minimum operating weight of 17,816 lbs.

The Dozer must be a 2015 model year or newer. Full leasing services will be provided by the Contractor including maintenance at no additional cost to the Government. At delivery, the contractor must provide 2 gallons of engine oil, 2 gallons of antifreeze, 6 tubes of grease, and 2 gallons of hydraulic oil. The Contractor is responsible for any malfunction during the lease period and must perform thorough inspections upon delivery and at contract completion.

Place of Performance
The equipment will be delivered to Eielson AFB, AK.
