Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office, is seeking to identify contractors capable of providing bladder scanners and accessories for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center.

This procurement is intended to support the healthcare mission of the IHS by ensuring that medical facilities have access to essential diagnostic equipment. The contract is set aside for Native-owned small businesses under the Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) program.

Work Details
The contract requires the following items:
- 4 each – Biocon 1100 Bladder Scanner – Ultrasound MDSMRC1100 or equal
- 4 each – Mobile Stand for Biocon 1100 Bladder Scanner MDS1100STND or equal
- 1 each – Biocon 900 Ultrasound Bladder Scanner with Charging cradle.

All equipment must be new, with no remanufactured or 'gray market' items allowed. Vendors must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers to ensure that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained. A copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer must be included in the quote.
