Background
The Blackwell Job Corps Center, operated by the USDA Forest Service, is seeking a contractor to perform roofing rehabilitation and chimney demolition as part of the Blackwell Multiple Building Roofs project.

The mission of this project is to ensure the structural integrity and safety of various buildings within the center, located at 4155 County Hwy H, Laona, WI 54541. The goal is to provide necessary repairs and upgrades to the roofing systems of multiple structures to enhance their functionality and longevity.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery, and all necessary valid licenses for the work.

The specific tasks include:
1. BASE ITEM NO. 1: Carpentry building roof rehabilitation and chimney demolition.
2. OPTION ITEM NO. 2: Replace roof sheathing per sheet (32 sq ft).
3. OPTION ITEM NO. 3: Roof rehabilitation for the residence located at 4204 Nowak Lane.
4. OPTION ITEM NO. 4: Roof rehabilitation for the garage located at 4204 Nowak Lane.
5. OPTION ITEM NO. 5: Roof rehabilitation for the residence located at 4208 Nowak Lane.
6. OPTION ITEM NO. 6: Roof rehabilitation for the residence located at 4212 Nowak Lane.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed and complete all work within a total of 150 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various locations within the Blackwell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center in Laona, Wisconsin.
