Black Flag 25-1 Ground Level Office and Power

Background
The 53 Test and Evaluation Group (TEG) at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), NV, has a requirement for temporary facilities to support the Black Flag 25-1 exercise. This solicitation is issued by the 99th Contracting Squadron to fulfill the mission needs of housing maintenance participants during this large force exercise, as Nellis AFB facilities will be at maximum capacity during this period.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following services:

- Rental of ten 40' Ground Level Office (GLO) containers
- Six generators (two each of 180-199 KVA, 70-84 KVA, and one of 45-49 KVA)
- 30 tables
- 360 chairs

These items are to be delivered to specific locations on Nellis AFB including the main ramp near the fire station, T-West Ramp, T-East Ramp, and the Revetments. The GLO containers will be used to house units participating in Black Flag 25-1/Joint Exercise SoCal. The generators will power HVAC units in tents provided for these units. The contractor must ensure that all equipment is functioning upon delivery and provide all necessary labor for loading/unloading at Nellis AFB. Additionally, all generators must be delivered with a full tank of fuel and returned full post-exercise.
