Background
The solicitation is for rodent control services at Black Butte Dam and Lake in Tehama and Glenn County, CA. The contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform the services. The contract includes a Performance Work Statement (PWS) that outlines the specific requirements and expectations for the contractor's performance.

Work Details
The work details include the scope of work, contractor's quality control program, government quality assurance surveillance plan, performance evaluation meetings, performance criteria, remedial actions, payment and invoices process, antiterrorism and operational security requirements, and government furnished property and responsibilities.
The contractor is responsible for establishing a complete Quality Control Program (QCP) and providing a written copy to the government within 30 days after contract award.
