Black and White Maintenance

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking vendors for a contract to maintain Xerox small format black and white (B&W) devices. Work Details

The contractor must maintain at least 80% Monthly Uptime Availability (MUA) per machine, provide maintenance coverage from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time with a six-hour service response, including travel, parts, labor, software upgrades, and retrofits.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year plus two option years, totaling a period of performance of 36 months.

Place of Performance
Approximately six DLA facilities located throughout the Continental United States and Hawaii.
