Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent, with Xerox Corporation holding multiple related DLA maintenance contracts for Xerox small format black and white production devices. Prior awards include SP700023P1001 ($3,375,584, 07/01/23–06/30/26) for maintenance and repair of B&W equipment across numerous DLA facilities in several states (including Hawaii and Washington, D.C.), along with consumables (excluding paper), networking support, IT security accreditation, and related administration; additional CLIN breakout/continuation awards (e.g., SP700025P0049 and several SP700025 variants) further reflect ongoing coverage reductions or continuation of the same device maintenance effort. The scope described in the current sources sought aligns closely with these prior requirements, suggesting it may be a continuation or follow-on covering similar device types and service functions across DLA locations.
