Develop a Kit for the administration of Nplate (Romiplostim) for treatment of Hematopoietic Syndrome Acute Radiation Syndrome (HS-ARS). Kit development will lead to an FDA approved combination product (Nplate medicine + medical devices for injection). The co-packaged combination product (e.g., Nplate drug and the Kit will be stockpiled separately) will enable commercial use of the Nplate drug in the U.S. and stockpiling of the Kit and Nplate by BARDA.
