Biomed Analyzers and Testers

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of the following items:
- one (1) ECG Analyzer
- one (1) Radiation-Light Field Analyzer
- one (1) Electrosurgery Analyzer
- one (1) Defib Analyzer and AED Tester
- one (1) Digital Multimeter.

All equipment must be new and comply with the Electronic Health Record Modernization Standardization Memorandum dated March 6, 2025. The contractor must provide a two-year warranty on all units with normal wear and tear. Specific performance requirements for each item include:
- ECG Analyzer: Portable cardiac simulator capable of generating standard 12-lead ECG signals with various arrhythmias and heart rate adjustments.
- Radiation-Light Field Analyzer: Specifications as per Statement of Requirement.
- Electrosurgery Analyzer: Specifications as per Statement of Requirement.
- Defib Analyzer and AED Tester: Specifications as per Statement of Requirement.
- Digital Multimeter: Specifications as per Statement of Requirement.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The items will be delivered to Harry S. Truman VAMC - Multi-Specialty CBOC located at 2701 Vandiver Dr., Columbia, MO 65202.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized distributors and are required to submit an authorized distributor letter from the OEM along with their quote. Failure to provide this letter or complete specified sections will result in being deemed non-responsive.
