Biologics Manufacturing and Nonclinical Services

This is a multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, which was awarded following a competitive solicitation. The total contract value represents the IDIQ maximum ordering value; all funds will be obligated at the task order level. This contract allows for the issuance of both fixed-price and cost-reimbursement type task orders. As the Statement of Work (SOW) entails research and develoment (R&D) services that will be supporting new programs, the Government cannot estimate the costs of performance with a reasonable or acceptable degree of accuracy. As a result, it was determined that limiting the contract to fixed-price task orders was not in the best interest of the Government.
