Attendees will meet at the Biloxi National Cemetery Administration Building located at 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531. Interested offerors should notify the Contracting Officer, Daniel Kinney, if they plan on attending via email at daniel.kinney@va.gov no later than 03/20/2026

Background
