BIL Funded - District Project Coordinator and Project Analyst Contract Support for the Dallas/Ft Worth District   2

Amendment 0001

This amendment is issue to delete the labor category Project Analyst from the solicitation.
As a result of this action the offerors must submit an offer consisting of the District
Project Coordinator in accordance with the requirements outline in Section L and M. This
action will also result in an extension of the solicitation. The new due date for the
submission of Offers is Friday April 7, 2023, by 5:00PM EST.

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements, the FAA has a requirement for a District Project Coordinator and Project Analyst (Professional Services) to support the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) projects coordination at the Dallas/Ft Worth District. Please review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting an offer.

This requirement is set-aside for all vendors listed for the Dallas/Ft Worth District under the FAA Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for District Project Coordination and Engineer Project Oversight Contract Support for the Air Traffic Organization (ATO).

In order to be considered Offerors must have an active registration in www.SAM.gov and offers must include all of the required documents outline in Section L of the solicitation.
