The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Architect and Engineering (A-E) Services Recompete for A-E services and construction support services to support nationwide Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Facilities and Equipment (F&E) projects. Specifically, services will provided to Eastern, Central, and Western Service Areas.

The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and must not be constructed as a commitment by Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associates with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement.

All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted in writing to Mr. Larry Hill at larry.hill@faa.gov and courtesy copy Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.t.trannguyen@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than November 10, 2023 by 1300 ET. Questions received after 1300 ET on November 10, 2023 will not be considered. Please note, questions presented via telephone communications will not be accepted.

Proposals are due no later November 28, 2023 by 1300 ET. Any proposal received after 1300 ET on November 28, 2023 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. Proposal must be submitted in accordance with Attachment J1 RFO Architect Engineering Services.

To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with the SIR and Attachment J1 RFO Architect and Engineering Services.
